Here's a free online text translator, that does include Norwegian and German.  You adjust the language options, copy & paste in a text, and push the translation button.    Sadly  most free translators do not include languages like Norwegian; this translator covers many languages ..and is not excellent at translating..

Here I've used a text written about Debattsonen’s goals. http://sjaman.com/forum/index.php?topic=3397.0 The german translation is bad. But along with a good dictionary and your own sense of language, perhaps a translator gives a quick idea of a text.

Es ist allzu viel hier wie bin ohne klar Relevanz denn das Thema denn dies die Seite. Ich wünsche daß der soll sein hoch unter das Dach hier. Aber es ist ein Dach. IN erst Halbzeit bin der suchen  da die Seite Fokus liege. Auch kann der vorhanden sein in dein Selbstbeherrschung und Selbst Einsicht. IN letzte Halbzeit kann ich anziehen mich die Arbeit wie Dach tekker. ich will lieber loslassen der.

Online-translation demands texts in standard language. NB, many at Debattsonen like an informal style, writing in dialect, or in half-swedish half-norwegian etc.
An OK free online German to Norwegian to German dictionary: words..but this one lets you write in 3-4 letters, and a longer list of suggestions and idioms pops up.  Might be helpful to guess/grasp some of the language variants used here.  http://www.dicts.info/dictionary.php?l1 ... =Norwegian

this reminds me to a friend from finland - we were travelling along in a car when she said:"hey, i think, its coming back." (hey, ich glauben - es kommen zurück.") BEFORE i finished thinking about the meaning of this historic sentence, she flooded the car with her soure throat *ppppppfffffffftttt* 

but anyway - the dictionary is arrived - and yes, i have a own lost knowledge of both swedish and norwegian and NO, not any clou about dialects - but: most important, i m willing to learn
