Hi,

Im not used to this kind of forum so kan you please inform me how one include a picture and text in to the profile.

On this pages you have an ark on the top where you can find REDIGER PROFIL.
When you are in there you can look at the lift side on tha page. There is a menu for different tings you can do to change picture, include your own. Write a text under your topics etc...
I think you also can send a personal message to whom you choose from there.

Thanks for your respons Rani, but I dont find these options on the left hand side in rediger profil.

I even have a computer expert here to help me.

yeas I do, but there is nothing about adding a picture in any of these options.

Try this: Click on Endre profilen and then klick on forumrelaterte opplysninger (if I remember correctly... ). When you do, there will be options for pictures.

Modify Profile
Account Related Settings enables you to make changes to your display name (your login or username can only be changed by an administrator), preferred language (if the forum administrators have installed alternative language packs), email and password settings.

Forum Profile Information enables you to enter optional personal details such as gender, birthdate, location, website and instant messenger contact information. It's also where you go to enter your own personal text and signature and select an avatar (personal picture) from a list (if provided by the forum administrators) or link to one of your own on the web.

Look and Layout Preferences enables you to select your preferred theme (forum skin), time zone and format and other personal choices for layout settings. Note that the currently selected option in the menu pane is highlighted in bold type:

In addition to this, one may upload a picture from one's own PC (or Mac, of course.)

Remains to understand why the help pages are in English, when everything else in the forum has been translated to Norwegian. I am certain a Norwegian version is available, I have seen it in other places with the same forum engine. Hopefully, the webmaster will change that some time.
