Moose’s in the air

Some kind of duality, it was my first idea.
And it is equality in this, confirmed by
one of each kind of moose’s; one light and one dark.

Look to the pattern in the painting, also a duality:
Maybe you are heading for shifting emotions, the woods with
a depth could mean you have to work trough some layers inside you to find the secret.
The moose’s up in air may confirm this.
They are not in the natural environment, but there is hope, just some steps
down and they are “home” again.

There is a centre, I feel this could mean a distraction, a opposite to the duality.
Where is your focus in your every-day-life?
Are you stirring into the sun and forget to work with yourself?

I like the moose’s, they are funny and the mouth are big, maybe they
are going to tell you something?
They seem friendly, and could be the key to whatever secret they have to tell you….

Join them heading for the woods, and the centre in the dream could be
the sun in your life.

I see this beautiful picture, and I think you can feel what it means to you in some way.
Here are my thoughts of it.

The Moose , like I wrote above- in the spirit of sharing, your joy of your spiritual path, sharing it with all.
The symbol of Yin and Yang, and the cirkel - wholeness .Light and dark - inside world and outside world . You express your inner self to the outer world . The core of wholeness is pure, compact, and joyful loving.
Layer of wholeness, light from "above" , light from Great Spirit .

Fist time I saw this picture , I aslo saw an eagle...but now I see it's not there . Mabye you also have an eagle with you, that was speaking to me ...

I have other feelings , looking at the picture, some hard to explain in words. But I feel like the colours are out of this world, connecting my consciosness to spiritworld, and that it's a strong message to you from your soul.

Mabye you can meditate, asking the moose to answer your questions about the picture ?

It's such a beautiful, balanced picture. I feel it is all about wholeness and integration. Perhaps a completion of some sort...an inner fullfillment. I guess it was an uplifting dream?
You sure know what the elk meens to you, your relationship to the woods and nature as such. In Norway the elk is the king of the woods.
If I had a dream like this, I would understand it as a confirmation of my life so far, and perhaps a guidance to continue, go deeper and further. A reassurance, a gift, and encouraging to move on. In balance and peace.

It seems safe to say that Yin is a strong element in the picture. The forest and the darkness/night speak of the womb and sleep. Even the light comes off as a masculine aspect of the feminine with its soft, diffuse, pink glow. Apart from that it smacks of Northern Light and thus brings in the Forefathers as well. Moose is a pretty old totem and apart from signalling something very old also bring in the idea of family, clan and society. The form of the Northern Lights suggest Odal/Omega. On the Odal hand, kinship/family/relations (not necessarily genetic) inheritance/estate, definition, protection and being. On the Omega hand, motivation, goal, culmination, final destination and end - and if you're into that sort of thing, some form of predestination. The violet circle brings in a touch of wisdom/influence from "above." Violet is a combination of blue and red, Yin+Yang, and the swirl effect strengthens the Uroboric touch.

Together they say to Villbjørn: that part of your mind which is not specific to only you but common to all or at least a large group "collective consciousness." They say your surroundings or environment: no surroundings no you. It is out of your surroundings and the collective that you the individual arises. The darkness has its own gravity and we have a tendency to willingly let ourselves be drawn "down" into it.

The collective tends to work in a similar fashion but in terms of uniformity and control. Here the darkness and the collective is waking you. That's pretty neat.

"Who am I? Whom do I follow after? Where have I been? And where am I going? Is this past? Future? Just a dream - just reality in symbols?" You are being asked to assess yourself and you're environment: your situation. The questions have been given you. You must find your answers. The impulse was strong enough to rise out of the deep, extend itself to waking consciousness and hold. Not only that, it managed to pose questions. This is a symbol of what you have done, are doing and must continue to do. As Trinity said in The Matrix "It's the question that drives us."

Villbjørn suspects that, whether or not you follow the signals from your deep, you will eventually, if not already, be working with identity, will and motivation. It may be that something has happened which has taken away meaning in you're life and that you must find new meaning or that you have, for some time, had difficulty finding meaning, which basically is/comes from motivation to move along a path from Alpha to Omega.

So what's it all about? The vision says "Wake up!" Get finger out! Get going! Ya got a whole bunch of becoming to do-be-do-be-do!"

Villbjørn thinks of Metsän Väki and Tulen Väki when looking at your picture. They mean, respectively, spirit/power of the forest and spirit/power of fire. Do you have any connection to Finland that you know about?

My father, he was from Estonia and some of his anchestors have been from Sami folket - but its not known from which region. When travelling Sapmi in the late 70ties I felt very much snugged in the Kiruna and Happaranda areas - but also in Roivianiemi.

And thank you for all the detailed thoughts you gave - I shall think about them an take my conclusions from them ;-)

Die Ying-Yang Komponenten Deines Bildes sind für mich auch sehr deutlich und anziehend. Ist es ein Textilgemälde, mit welchen Materialien hast Du gearbeitet?
Es gefällt mir sehr. Ich sehe die Anordnung der einzelnen Elemente nicht nach dem Prinzip oben/unten, sondern sehe eine kreisförmige Verteilung um einen Mittelpunkt - sei das nun die Sonne oder eine Öffnung, ein Portal auf das sich alles in konzentrischen Bewegungen hinbewegt.
Das ist meine subjektive Wahrnehmung, weil das Bild mich an eine Vision erinnert. Da befanden sich alle denkbaren Krafttiere in einer spiralförmig kreisenden Bewegung auf so ein Zentrum des Kreises hin. Dort verschwanden sie ....

Moose picture is lovely, Seida!

The night before last I also dreamt of moose, or elk. I was in the forest. It must have been a cloudy day, or it was mist, because I saw no beams of sunlight coming through the tree tops, but it was not all dark either. Other people were there enjoying a walk between the trees as well, but when several elks/moose came running towards us from the deep end of the woods they hurried back towards the parking lot to get home.

I looked around and realized this was my home, so I stayed. It was a calm feeling of everything being 'right'.

When I saw your picture again today, I was reminded that I saw it not long before the occurance of my own dream. Perhaps it helped inspire the dream? I have had encounters with elk before, in dreams and in real life. Sometimes they have frightened me, in real life and in dreams :-) but I have learned that they are strong calm animals, protecting their young like any other being. I believe as poweranimals they have something to do with the pace of life.

AinA - yes, i can very much understand what youre telling there. i did have quite a few moose - adventures - and the two times they really frightend me was when i was too close to their bread

A wild idea.. your picture may reflect sami astrologic sky mythology, about a great Cosmic Moose Hunting Scene. The large constellation, Sarva, the Moose (=Cassiopeia + Perseus + Auriga). Since you choose the nickname ‘Seida’ .. I guess you know that Finland & Karelia have sacred sites of sami seida type, not far from Estonia. (About karelian sacred stones http://heninen.net/seid/english.htm). Do you know if some estonian sacred stone sites resemble these?
