I have just joined your community and would like to introduce myself.

I am at present Villbjørn Ulvberg. This is new to me. Only a few minutes ago I was Ulvbjørn Villberg but I had a dyslectic moment when registering and things changed rather suddenly. Unexpected restructuring and sudden change have been known to happen when one enters the Shaman Zone so I'll just accept it and together with you discover who Villbjørn Ulvberg turns out to be.

My main interests are shamanism/spirituality and religion/politics and art (writing and painting). I was introduced to shamanism by Ailo twenty years or more ago and have been practicing since. I love spending time out in nature. Its as a source of power, wisdom and healing for me and that's without even having touched the drum.

My favorite films are The Matrix, Lord of the Rings and Veiviseren. I have many favorite books but in the area of contemporary mythology The Hobbit and its follow up Lord of the Rings are number one.

I must say, you have a fantastic name. It`s almost uncanny you having a name so nordic, and still you write your introduction in english...

Yes , the Matrix is a fine movie, and the trilogy "Lord of the Rings" by Peter Jackson is a great achievement. I've always liked Jackson as a director.

Well, if you like the book and enjoy reading Norwegian, you might give "Ringenes herre" a chance. The Norwegian translation of one of your favourite books is exceptionally authentic.
